The sweet folks of the Michigan band Breathe Owl Breathe stopped by on a glorious sunny day to hang out with EJ and I in our garden and share some of their magical dream life with us. In this installment of Dream Land we’ve got black whales leaping in the sky at the end of the world, reoccurring grey faced “sky tubes” and the very intriguing “wildcat syndrome” a sort of waking dream state brought on by a concussion. The human mind is a mysterious thing… Moving in sequence with which the dreams were told we start with Micah.

Afterward, Micah shared how he came up with the band name Breathe Owl Breathe.
What a fun day we had together! I’m looking forward to seeing them again, as a band, and now as friends at this year’s Pickathon Festival in Portland, Oregon. Also keep your antennae tuned for some new summer and fall releases from these lovely humans!
